Click here to create your own custom A5 planner with a cover, dividers, weekly/daily layout, monthly layout and extra inserts
Keep organised with these stylish horizontal week-on-two-pages A5 weekly planner refill.
These ADHD inserts feature bright colours, a non-overwhelming simple layout with two spaces for each day that you can divide however you wish - work & personal, tasks & notes, or appointments vs tasks. There is a large blank space for note taking, as well as a checklist you can use for anything you like.
Each weekly spread features a little kind, motivational quote. Note on undated inserts this quote is always the same, however it changes each week for the dated inserts.
Pages are A5 size (148mm x 210mm) to fit Planner Peace A5 planners, or will fit other standard A5 planners - see size guide here
All our weekly inserts have a double dot-grid page spread between the last full week of one month and the first week of the next month. This allows you to use monthly dividers or insert monthly overviews.
Our inserts fit other compatible brands of ring planners. See our size guide.
I thought I'd try the ADHD planner for work (I really appreciate the time put into developing the ADHD range 💖) after using the "A5 Colourful Productivity Weekly Layout" last year (I love the colours but think the ADHD is a better layout).
Loving it so far, having less space for the daily section and more space for other things is great.
For my personal planner I'm using the "A5 Weekly Layout with Lists on One Side", which is also an excellent layout (I think other ADHDers would love this one too).
