Welcome to Chasing Planner Peace's 'Spotlight on a Planner' series. We aim to show the world how planning has changed people's lives and showcase the different methods people use when chasing planner peace. This month, October 2019, we chat to James Dalwood (aka Plannerguy Oz) about how he discovered planning and take a look at some of his lovely planner spreads.
Hello I'm James Dalwood from South Australia. I'm a carer by profession and love to papercraft. I got into planning last year. I also love aviation.
This is a long one. It started way back in 2009 when I wanted to make my very own diary, but couldn't find anything that suited, so I stumbled into scrapbooking. Then in the middle of last year I stumbled across some YouTube videos about planning and haven't looked back.

I'm loving stickers, washi, subscriptions boxes, and either adding my own designs or touch to every page.
A planner pocket that can be used as a dashboard to keep all your little things, including private items.
Making sure that everything in your planner represents you and what you want to plan with, or are comfortable with, occasionally mixing it up every now and then. If you haven't got what you need you can write it or doodle it, or create and it will be something that's uniquely you and that you can be proud of. Learning new techniques and incorporating them into your own style that is uniquely you.
